Location

Mission Beach is 145km south of Cairns Airport and 240 north of Townsville with only 4kms across the water to Dunk Island. Please see map for directions to Mission beach if you are arriving by car.

Bus Transfers

Sun Palm Bus will pick you up from Cairns Airport and drop you at our front door.  Booking are essential and this service does not connect to later flights in the afternoon.

Driving from Cairns

Travel south along the Bruce Highway, you will pass through Innisfail. Approx 30 minutes after Innisfail take the turn off to Mission Beach on the left at El Arish. 10 minutes later after driving through rainforest you will pass a small industrial area including a hardware store. Turn right at the sign to Wongaling Beach, Cassowary Drive. Travel along this road 4km until the shopping centre. Turn left in Wongaling Beach Road, then left again at first street on left (Coolabah Street) Blarney's restaurant on the corner.  Travel down and turn left at second street on left (Spurwood Close).  A Tropical Escapr B&B is the third house on the right.

Driving from Townsville

Travel north along the Bruce Highway to Tully, 3km after Tully turn right at Mission Beach turn off. Travel along until you go past Woolworths and across the roundabout and then turn right into Wongaling Beach Road, left again at first street on left (Coolabah Street), Blarney's restaurant is on the corner.  Travel down and turn left at second street on left (Spurwood Close).  A Tropical Escape Bed & Breafast is the third house on the right.
